This Privacy Policy applies to the website speak2mail.com and all its subdomains (the “Sites”), together with the Speak2mail Chrome Extension and services (the “Services”), owned and operated by Trifon Sheikin (Sole Proprietor Business, collectively, “Trifon Sheikin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Definitions

This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, and even information about how you use a website or Chrome Extension. The marketing site refers to all public-facing informational pages on our website. Essentially, it’s any part of the site accessed from the main speak2mail.com domain that provides information about our products and services but does not require user login or interaction with the core functionalities of Service.

The Chrome Extension consists of popup page and UI elements, integrated into Gmail interface that require user authentication and are part of the Speak2mail Service. The Service includes a users dashboard, accessed through URLs starting with /login/, /dashboard/, /checkout/. These pages provide the interactive components of Speak2mail where users can manage their subscriptions and credits.

What Data We Collect

We collect both information you knowingly and actively provide us when using any of our services, and any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services. We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate reason for doing so. In which instance, we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you. Speak2mail does not save any of the dictated audio or transcribed text either locally or on our servers. Your voice and email content are processed in real time and are never stored or used for any other purpose. We do not sell your personal information or any data you enter into our Services in any way. To provide and operate the Speak2mail Chrome Extension, we collect and process certain user data. This may include:

  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, email address, contact details, and identification numbers.
  • Financial and Payment Information related to transactions with Speak2mail.
  • Authentication Information such as logins, password and authentication cookies.
  • Personal Communications limited to information from emails.
  • Voice Recordings processed temporarily to transcribe speech into text.

Speak2mail records your voice only when the recording is turned on. Speak2mail doesn't record any audio when it off. Speak2mail uses the browser's native speech-to-text capabilities. All the audio is transcribed by the browser (Google Chrome).

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver and operate the Speak2mail Chrome Extension.
  • Improve the Speak2mail Chrome Extension's functionality.
  • Analyze usage patterns to better understand user preferences.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with the Chrome Extension.
  • Improve the overall user experience.

We share certain information with companies that may be considered our “sub-processors” under GDPR. The following services are required for the operation of the Speak2mail marketing site, Speak2mail Chrome extension and other Services:
